Taps Grill - St. Johns

I’m a patron to this local watering hole. I know 90% of the staff.. but tonight I had the pleasure of meeting the manager JC. Let me tell you.. what an experience.. I was treated like trash. Instead of coming up to the table and apologizing for the inconvenience she took it upon herself to come and start accusing me of being wrong. While in mid conversation she decided that the conversation was over and walked away! I’m not one to complain. Hell we tipped 100% ask the waiter.. it’s not about comping a meal or helping us with the bill. It’s about feeling welcome and let me tell you JC made me feel the complete opposite. I hope this reaches the right people and things change. As you can see I still as a loving customer gave you 5s to not impede on your reputation.. everything was a 5 but JC SHE WAS A ZERO

I really love the new flooring! The atmosphere is very family-friendly, and the service was incredibly enjoyable. We had a vegan diner with us, and the staff were extremely helpful with the menu. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Great food! Great service! I love Taps! Highly recommend this place! Family atmosphere, friendly staff. Fish tacos are awesome!
