Best quality salmon at a hibachi place in all of Jacksonville

Love this place. Not a dislikable bone in my body. Had dinner at the bar, only sour taste was that I found out tip was included. Normally not a big deal but when the check comes out and it says gratuity (not additional) and starts at 20 percent on top of 20 percent….. almost got tricked into tipping 45 percent. Not even a warning

It was ok. We order the hibachi and it was nothing as expected. They served by parts, veggies, noddles, rices and then the meat which was five little bits. I mean I know it takes time to cook but while I had the rice on my plate I had nothing else so we technically had to eat rice but itself. The tip is mandatory 15% of your bill. I always give tip but I don’t like when they force me a certain amount without knowing if I even liked the service. Anyways the sushi was fine and the service was decent.
