Turkish Pizza Kebab - St. Helens

Have had food from here a few times and never been disappointed. Excellent service, food delivered in 15 minutes from time of order. Fresh, hot tasty spicy meat pizza, chicken burger , fries etc. Delivery guy very polite. Highly recommended

I’ve just ordered for the first time. Food was delivered quickly by a very pleasant man and the food was piping hot. The chicken wrap was divine , didn’t fall apart like most when you eat it and there was no shortage of chicken at all. Chips were crispy no grease on them , garlic and cheese calzone was just heaven on a plate. Why have I only just discovered this place ???? I am bursting at the seams I’m that full but determined to finish it all. I will definitely be ordering again.

The service at this restaurant was absolutely terrible. I received the wrong item and when I informed them, I was given the wrong order again. I received a rude phone call where I was yelled at and accused of being a liar and a thief. I was also told that I was banned from ordering from them again. This was incredibly disappointing as I was a loyal customer before this incident. Even if I was allowed to order from here again, I would never support a business that treats their customers so poorly. It was a disgraceful experience.

So... We placed our order over Just Eat and clearly stated in the comments our special requests. 20 minutes later, I thought I’d just double check the shop had adhered to our requests. SHOCK, they didn’t. I asked for the pepperoni on top of the cheese as I DO NOT like it underneath.. The guy over the phone said that he had already cooked it and I will just have to have it as it was and he will just add a few more pepperoni on top. I then asked if the driver could ring when he was outside as I was not able to hear the door, to which he replied ‘I will ask him, if you leave me a good 5 star review’ to which I replied ‘no, as you didn’t do your job properly’ he then answered with ‘you don’t get it’. When the food finally arrived, it was the wrong order, completely different to our initial order. The shop was then closed so they couldn’t amend our order. I rang the driver and he said ‘the shops closed now so you will have to just have that and I’ll bring your order tomorrow’. I didn’t like doner meat so the food got left. I asked the driver to go to the other customer (where our food was) and to swap the food. He said ‘I can't’ so I said ‘don’t sweat it, I’ll leave a complaint with Just Eat now’ he screamed ‘NOOOO’ so I put the phone down. Learn some customer service skills before you open a takeaway in which the customers are the ones you need to impress. Appalling behaviour.

Ordered a donna calzone, kids pizza meal donna and chips... all were lovely! Both pizzas are left over for breakfast as they are so filling! Yum!
