Newtonpizza - St. Helens

I ordered from Just Eat and it took 1 hour and 30 minutes for my food to arrive. The food was cold, burnt, and overall disgusting. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again. Avoid if you can.

I ordered pizza and kebab around 7pm with an estimated delivery time of 8.15pm. I called the restaurant at 8.45pm to inquire about my order and was told it was out for delivery. After calling again at 9.10pm and 9.30pm, I was informed that my pizza was still in the oven and it wouldn't be ready for another half an hour. The shop owner was rude and arrogant, suggesting I cancel my order. I was extremely frustrated and disappointed with the poor customer service. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again. The food is not worth the long wait and unprofessional behavior. They have lost a regular customer.

I waited for an hour and a half to receive two pizzas, despite contacting the restaurant twice. The restaurant's response was unhelpful and rude, telling me not to come back if I didn't like the service. The delivery driver was also dismissive, telling me to "please myself" if I was unhappy with the delivery time. The pizzas were mediocre and lacked flavor. Additionally, I paid extra for a stuffed crust, but could not discern any filling. Overall, I was disappointed with the experience and do not plan on returning to this restaurant.

Just a standard pizza shop, but the garlic bread with cheese is amazing; great value for money and definitely a cheat day option.

Pedimos una pizza de pollo y maíz dulce, queso y tomate pizza, Kebab de pollo y pastel de chocolate para mí y mi familia. La comida era deliciosa y fresca, pedimos base que es lo que finas dieron y fue fabuloso. Personal amable.
