This is a great food take out! Can’t thank the staff enough they was lovely. The is a young pretty blonde girl who gave me my food she was amazing. Brilliant food and lovely staff will definitely be going here again.

Food is always lovely but the service is incredibly slow. Waited 2.5 hours for food which is unacceptable especially when it has happened several times.

I placed an order tonight at Just Wings St. Helens and I must say, I was not disappointed. The food arrived quickly and everything in the order was correct and tasted delicious. The lady who delivered my order was very friendly and polite.

Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Staff extremely rude with a can't be bothered attitude. My meal was cold, chicken dry and fries overcooked. Staff think it's acceptable to vape in the kitchen in front of customers. Unhygienic, cross contamination. Only reason people should go here is if they want a reason to call in sick at work

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experiences at Just Wings. Despite ordering online through their website, my orders have consistently been delayed, requiring me to call for updates. The excuses are always the same - "really busy tonight" or "not enough drivers." One time, I even offered to pick up my order myself, but was not offered any compensation. Tonight was no different, with my delivery time changing from 50 minutes to an hour and 20 minutes in an email, and now it has been over 2 hours. When I called to inquire about my order, I was told it was just being cooked and should have already been out for delivery. This is unacceptable, and I am still waiting for my food. All I received was a half-hearted apology, which does not make up for the poor service I have received.
