Cafe Zinho - St. Helens

I visited the cafe zinho in the one over near Pandora in the town centre and Diane was working there and she gave absolutely astounding service. It was excellent she was so kind and caring and catered to our every need making sure we had all the condiments needed lovely service will definitely be coming back again

The restaurant isn't terrible, but one of the staff members never smiled while serving me. I believe that employees should smile when assisting customers. It wouldn't hurt to smile. Additionally, the coffee I had was burnt.

We stopped to have Breakfast here before starting our day shopping , My Dad and husband had the breakfast barm ,my sister had a toasted tea cake and I had a choc chip muffin , My Dad and husband got their barm quite quickly , but we had to ask where the teacake and muffin where as my Dad and husband had nearly eat there's and still no sign , the teacake arrive and I had to wait another10 mins for my muffin. When it did arrive she had brought two and we only ordered 1 .but she said we could have it to say sorry

I visit this restaurant every week with my mom and aunt and wouldn't go anywhere else. The muffins here are the best I've ever tasted, especially the toffee one. The drinks are also excellent and reasonably priced. The staff is always friendly and welcoming.

Staff are amazingly helpful and the sticky toffee muffins are amazing the other all get thumbs to to but sticky toffee is my favourite
