Waited for a while due to others ordering items they couldn’t make fast enough. Once they took our order things picked up in the line and we got through it. Tiny packet of hot mustard and sweet and sour were not my favorite. Especially since they only would give you two at a time. Restrooms were the mall restrooms down and around the corner. They needed an update. Rough. The chow main was good the Brooklyn and beef was good. My overall rating was good.Parking: Parking was plentiful but the crows or scavenger birds almost were overwhelming.Wheelchair accessibility: ADA inside the lobby meets regulation but not abundant of space for wheelchairs. Once again if you have a disability every step counts and if you have to go down the mall to use the restrooms I’m not a fan!Since this is a strip mall with the front drive solar at the front of the building you could not park up close to the front door. Not a fan!
It was pretty busy and due to that they kept running out of food so there was a lot to keep track of. And regardless of the chaos the staff did an excellent job with everything and everyone was very kind to all the customers. This was the best service I've seen in a restaurant in a while. Then on top of that I get home and the food tastes better than usual as well!
I would be disappointed and worried if I owned this franchise at this location. My husband and I got to Red Cliffs Panda in St. George Utah at 9:10 on a Thursday night. When we walked in, we were met with “we don’t have many choices because we’re getting ready to close.” This store closes at 9:30. There was one serving of Beijing beef and two servings of orange chicken. All the other bowls were empty. We chose those items and paid for our food. While we were eating, at least 20 other people came to the restaurant hoping to eat, but walked away without purchasing food when they saw the empty bowls. It appeared the employees were more interested in leaving than they were about doing their job.
Jennifer made sure we got the freshest food, and it was delicious. Awesome work during a huge random rush.
