First Watch - St. George

Ideal spot for a Sunday brunch in St. George, UT! I'm so pleased we stopped at First Watch on our way back to Vegas from Zion National Park. First off, the portions were very generous. I ordered the Pesto Chicken Quinoa Bowl and Steel Cut Oatmeal, both of which were hearty and delicious. My son's face lit up when the kids' Chocolate Chip Pancake arrived—it was enormous! The service was friendly and welcoming, and I appreciated that they left a carafe of coffee at our table so we could refill our cups ourselves. The atmosphere had a modern farmhouse vibe, making it very comfortable and bright.

I stopped by this place on my way back to Salt Lake, and it certainly did not disappoint! We had a short wait to be seated, but the food was absolutely delicious. The staff was wonderful, and our meals arrived quickly. The interior is quite simple, yet it didn't feel cramped at all. I decided to try the pumpkin pancake because I can't resist seasonal dishes, and as someone who isn’t usually a fan of pumpkin, I have to say this was one of the tastiest pumpkin dishes I've ever had. It was perfectly spiced, cozy, and huge—about 12 inches in diameter! Don’t let the fact that it’s a single pancake deter you. The breakfast tacos were also delightful and made for the perfect brunch choice. I ordered a drink whose name escapes me, but it contained turmeric, and I genuinely felt like it healed my stomach while also being delicious. I don’t make that claim lightly! I felt fantastic after dining here; everything was tasty, beautifully presented, warm, and just made me feel good. For me, feeling satisfied after a meal out is the most important thing, and this place delivered perfectly.

The food is fantastic , best breakfast in stgeorge.It gets loud and boisterousEspecially coming from the front of the restaurant.After a great meal it would be adequate to have the waiter or waitress take your payment , to avoid standing in line and crowding up the front of the restaurant.

Their food is delicious and fresh! Definitely is a labor of love from the kitchen. It is always perfect! Staff is always great and friendly. It's my favorite breakfast place, and I can't wait to go back for lunch!

Amazing food and even better people. The food is amazing, generous portions and fast service! Our server Avery was attentive and fast, she even gave us to go coffee cups. The LEAD cashier Bill was awesome, told us a quick story and made us feel like family. Thank you first watch
