Contribuiți la feedbackWesley and dakota were excellent. they make flips and tricks while they eat her, extremely good portions (we have asked for extra meat,) and constantly cleansing her work area. we visit provo, and they put every utah district location to shame. please come to the employees of provo! the best caffe rio experience we have ever had. will come back soon!
I went into this place and the line was extremely long. I thought that would last forever and almost leave. I decided to see if the line moved and it did. it was all because of this amazing coworker called sonja. She was quick and pumped the papers without any loss of quality. she was friendly while she did it! I almost came to the front and she stopped and made tortillas. the line came to a dead standstill and was extremely slow. she curbed the tortillas. I was impressed. she worked as hard as three employees. she deserves a raise in salary. I spoke to her and she said she would accept making tortillas, but jumped in the assembly line to help. this is a worker who takes care of the customers!
Went with a large family group and it was easy to accommodate all of us. It was very busy which is good for the local economy of course! Service was friendly and expedient. Food is consistently yummy and fresh. Will continue to patronize Cafe Rio on a regular basis
I always like Cafe Rio food. This is a good one and they give decent portions on the meat, rice, and beans. Lettuce is skimpy, but sure you could ask for more if you wanted it. Line goes decently fast and there's plenty of seating.
Super disappointing experience. My pickup time was 7:10. On the receipt even says “promised by…” I waiting in line for almost an hour and finally received my food at 7:50. As someone who has worked in the restaurant industry, I try to be sympathetic and understanding when things are busy, and employees are obviously doing their best. However, that was NOT the case. Employees were moving very slow, laughing, seemingly very relaxed and having lots of conversations, even the manager was trying to teach one the employees Spanish while there’s a huge line of people waiting for their orders. Someone in line waiting for an order as well finally went up and complained. As soon as he left the manager starting making fun of him, and went back to her not managing the restaurant. Again, if it was busy, and they had been doing their best, I wouldn’t complain that it took 40 minutes more than my promised time. But after seeing how poorly the restaurant was managed, and the disrespect for the customers, I figured I should give some feedback.
