Wow! what a beautiful place in Saint-Gedeon! delicious beer, delicious chickenburger and a really good mood at the place! the service was also fast and friendly! I would recommend this place to any bier lover! piept!

When I think of a brasserie, gourmet cuisine doesn't typically come to mind, but this place was incredible! The use of local ingredients and the presentation were very creative. The salmon tartare and the venison tourin were exceptional. The crab burger with potatoes was indescribable. Definitely worth a visit if you find yourself in the area.

Bierfans, you will not be disappointed! The beer here is popular and delicious, sold throughout the province. This is your chance to not only try the full menu, but also receive great recommendations. The lunch menu typically offers only 3 or 4 choices, so I recommend arriving early to see if they offer more options if you plan to dine in, or if you simply want to stop in for a drink.

We were pleasantly surprised when we decided to try out the microbrewery for a meal and a beer, as we weren't sure what to expect. The selection of dishes was well-rounded and the food we ordered was fantastic, as was the beer. The staff was attentive and helpful. We lucked out by visiting during a beer festival weekend, but despite the busy event, we still received fast service, delicious food, and enjoyed a relaxed atmosphere.

We had a nice dinner at the outside dining area which is far from the street. Service was rather efficient and friendly. Their beer list is impressive and I had the palette de dégustation with 6 beers which allows one to sample as many beers...as possible without over doing it. I came away impressed by the quality of their beers as well as the variety of flavours. Their burgers and mac&cheese are good and go well with the beer. The price-quality ratio is good. I recommend this place for an informal dinner or lunch.
