Fortune Inn Chinese Takeaway

I noticed this takeaway on JustEat and decided to order a Boxing Day meal. Food was fresh, hot, very tasty and delivered early!

My partner and I order fairly regularly from here and I normally love it. However after today I won't be eating here or recomending this place to anyone ever again. They sent us the wrong rice, and the spring rolls were cold. While not a huge issue, the fact that there was also a piece of metal in my partners duck made me want to call them and let them know and ask for a refund. The manager I spoke to was lovely but when she asked the owner to issue me a refund he yelled at her and called me a liar, saying that there couldn't possibly be metal in the dish, despite my saying that I took a photo to prove it. I had hoped to deal with this privately with them so as not to negativley affect their business but they clearly don't deserve such respect as they gave none. Disgusted by the food and the attitude.

When in have Chinese takeaway tonight. The lady was very nice we had vegan meal she is very helpful very professional . We also get 10% off 6* fortune inn thank you.

I went for lunch Sunday afternoon. I ordered the king prawns with mixed vegetables and egg rice good favourite and tasty. The lady also gave me 10% off Thank you

We thought this had closed down from their website saying closed when try to order online but still running. Had lovely pork dumplings and banana fritters.
