Blas At Twr Y Felin - St Davids

The meal at this restaurant was excellent, with unique ingredient combinations. While it was a bit expensive, the food exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly and there were some interesting paintings on the walls.

I recently visited Blas Restaurant for the first time. The hotel is quite impressive, especially the art. The staff, while pleasant, seemed to be lacking in organization. We were left waiting in the bar area for quite some time after placing our food and drink orders, even though the restaurant was not very busy. There seemed to be some disorganization, as the bar staff were missing, and another customer was unable to get the gin they wanted because the bottle was empty and had not been replaced. This is something that needs to be addressed for a hotel of this caliber. When the food finally arrived, it was nicely presented.

We had our annual holiday dinner with our children at this restaurant and, as always, it was an exceptional dining experience with excellent service! It was wonderful to return a year later and find that the quality of the food and service was just as outstanding as we remembered!

A beautiful building with outstanding décor and romantic, ambient lighting. The staff were polite, attentive and courteous, and service was fast. Each meal had been prepared with great attention to detail, they were aesthetically pleasing with tantalising flavours. We attended as a couple, celebrating a birthday, and recommend a visit to Blas Restaurant as a rare treat.

Very good meal with unusual mixtures of ingredients. Pretty pricy, but the food was better than expected. The staff was nice. Interesting paintings on walls!
