Burger King - St. Cloud

This establishment doesn't have the qualifications to stay open, there's always something missing, i ordered a cold drink with points in the app and they didn't have it and they refunded me with a $3 coupon i placed an order today 07/04/24 and applied the coupon and paid 4 BACON KING, when I get to the drive-thru, the attendant says something is missing, and they always say there's nothing in the store, that store can't stay open.

Served burnt food as part of family bundle. Bacon was over cooked. We ordered burgers to not have certain ingredients and still got them on our burgers. Fries were cold and unseasoned. The burgers themselves were cold. $30 worth of food and almost a popped tire wasn’t worth it.

Horrible service Waited on the drive through for more then 30 minutes to place my order When I got to the window the guys where just goofing around laughing What type of people do you have working at this location

The costumer service is not bad, they are friendly and got my order right so i have no complaints. The food is just meh... Not bad, but not great. The bad part is that they have their bathrooms locked for some reason. You have to ask every time you need the bathroom and eventually it slows them down AND you have to wait until they get a chance to open it for you.

People that are working here right now is so dead here and they're not even bothering checking for customers they have a miserable face on them like they hate their job why are you here then apparently they don't speak no English either
