Buffalo Wild Wings St. Clair Shores

Was pretty cool. I forgot my goggles, so I was out. the waitress was cool! she had purple haare, cute my favorite color! she tipped her $20.00 money. will be back soon!

Completely empty restaurant on football Sunday said it was 25 minutes waiting to sit down. 3 hostess on the door to eat on phones eating very unprofessional no serviettes with appetizers or salsa with tortilla chips tells 30 minutes for boneless wings with an empty restaurant on all that no straws during the vid and affen pox definitiw recommend another location

Server was sweet. great energy. helps me recommend a great drink for my man. he loved it. hennessy coughler, if someone asks? service itself was a little slow. it wasn't all busy. maybe 7 tabs with a few servers. Actually, that was the only thing I could say, bad. the food was great. drinks fantastic. amazing atmosphere.

When they go to the buffalo wild wings in st. clair shores, they are just aware. the last time I and my friend went there, I ordered wings and when they came, they were cold and were not completely covered in sauce. they took it back and corrected my order. I and my friend went to dinner last Friday for my birthday. they ordered my friends. he ordered mozzarella sticks. when they came out, they were in order, but instead of Marinara sauce they gave us something that looked like chili or salsa. When the waitress came to the table, we pointed out the chili and she said they were from the Marinara sauce. they had a drink that was good. I had boneless wings and they never gave us serviettes and they were not very good about refilling. Previously they had really good service, but it seems like it had gone down lately. So if you go there, I'm sure.

After placing my order online and showing up after the time communicated via phone, I showed up and waiting an additional 10 minutes just for someone to make it to the front task and acknowledge me. After paying for my meal, the employee let me know that my food was not ready. A little surprised, but hungry, I had no option but to wait…and I wanted an additional half an hour meaning I waited 1 full hour after placing my carry out order when it should have been 10/15 minutes. Finally making it home with my food, assuming that I had the freshest batch because of the delay, I get disappointed that my food was cold and the wings were virtually inedible. Very disappointed with this experience and I would not recommend it.P.S. I know that there is a shortage of staff all around just communicate that over the phone! Don’t make me wait longer than I need to when you can just be honest with me and I can come later when my food is actually ready.
