Starbucks - St. Charles

When we arrived, the service was at first great, then when they went to make my lemonade with one pump of raspberry and strawberry açai on top, it took them 7 minutes and I think the barista was new, but she did not know how to put strawberry Açaí in my lemonade. also, they burn my sister’s croissant. and took them a long time to make a grande pink drink. in conclusion, the new girl does not know what she’s doing.

Why is it that every time I come to this Starbucks my drink is made different, this morning I ordered my brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso picked it up and just by the looks of it I could tell it wasn’t made right. It tasted horrible, absolutely NO flavor whatsoever. Why is it so hard to be consistent here at this location? If I want nasty coffee I will go to DD, but when I’m paying $7 a coffee, I expect it to be made correctly. Congratulations Starbucks on Randell and 38, you have officially lost my business! ?

This store is in a league of its own. Get a real manager to manage. It's 15 minutes in the drive thru EVERY.SINGLE.TIME, even when you're the second or third car. Monitor your data Starbucks. They need a manager.
