Pizza Hut - St. Charles

The food was delicious and excellent. the service is no longer.

Bad delivery service! I really understand about contactless delivery, but I feel that it is extremely unacceptable to let the food of a person on the floor so that the calibre and rodents enjoy! come, young, you have to do better! at least give them a person enough time to get on the sofa and get to the door to get their food before they just sit on the floor and drive out in their car!

I liked to sit at pizza hat. Oh, I still enjoy being a fool. most places not.

The pizza was cold with nearly an hour from the text saying it was on the way to when it arrived.Also the boxes and bottles reeked of cigarettes which was off putting. Could not save the soda as it would have made our fridge smell.

Pizza Hut should be proud to have this team employed. Like everyone else. they are shortstaffed currently, though you would never know it. Our pizza was hot and ready even though we showed up early to pick it up, and the two people working the store were highly energetic and inspiring, the way they were working tirelessly to bring the line of customers their pizzas without missing a beat. It was truly something to see, thank you Pizza Hut for allowing us to see that show of workmanship that we thought was a thing of the past, Most Excellent JOB Well done!
