REGULARLY gets order detail wrong especially if you order a larger sub. I don’t know why the quality and ability to understand orders fluctuates so much but this is the worst jersey mikes in the area by far

I actually really like Jersey Mike's and do not enjoy giving any small business a bad review as it is such a difficult business climate these days. Today was different my wife ordered a tuna and half way through the sandwich she found a string which for obvious reasons ruined her appetite. I took the sandwich back up discreetly. When I showed them they said it was an onion skin or thin piece of lettuce. I told them to try to break it and they could not neither could I. I received a wave off and the manager saying onion skin as she disappeared in back. Disappointed

If you 're are buying Subway,big mistake. First visit at Mike 's today in St Charles,not even an exaggeration blows Subway out of town Quality,flavor,service,employees rock!!

Katelyn Brandes is by far the best employee in this store. She went above and beyond when I got my Big Kahuna, by far the BEST most delicious sandwich I have EVER gotten. Katelyn, thank you so much for being so kind and making sure I had the best experience!
