Club Arcada 1920s Speakeasy

Made reservations for the Speakeasy. Upon arrival I was told it was sold out for a Corpoate event. A HEADS UP IN ADVANCE WOULD HAVE BEEN APPROPRIATE. I had out of town guests and wanted to share your Speakeasy experience with them. We were seated at a restaurant on the main floor with only a buffet menu offering. Food was great and the service outstanding. I was very disappointed. Again a text message, email, or phone call before our reservation time would have allowed us time to change our plan if we desired. I received an apology for the inconvenience. VERY CLASSY. We had made 3:30 reservations on a Sunday. The performer was entertaining, but the drinks are weak and way overpriced in my opinion. We ordered the Sunday feast consisting of pasta, meatbals, sausage, and garlic bread. We had a substantial amount of leftovers that we were looking forward to indulging in later that evening. There was some internal miscommunication and our food was discarded. Our server attempted to rectify by ordering new plates for us to take home. Upon arriving home our takeout had no meatballs or sausage, only pasta. My wife had barely touched her plate and I had a meatball and sausage left as well. We were extremely disappointed and upset considering we waited patiently due to the circumstances. I was told that our bill would be refunded and our missing portions would be delivered. 3 hours later were were contacted stating our meats would come in 30 min. I said it was unnecessary at that time and would be satisfied with the credit. I have not received credit but only a gift certificate via email that I will not use as I wiould never return to this establishment. Favorite local venue. Consistently books great acts, and has awesome pinball machines. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Amazing venue. Seating was a little crowded but overall great time. Some of the crowd was a little rude but a majority was cool Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
