Arby's - St Charles

The food at this restaurant is consistently delicious and served hot. However, the Dr. Pepper always seems to be watered down.

The half pound roast beef sandwich, the classic roast beef sandwich, and both chicken sliders were tough and dry. The chicken sliders were overly burnt. The only items we could stomach were the curly fries and mozzarella sticks.

I had a bad experience at this restaurant where they charged me twice on my credit card. When I reached out to management, they said they would investigate but eventually changed their story, claiming it was a separate transaction. Be cautious when using your credit card at this establishment.
