We decided to share a toasted coconut donut, and since it had been a while since our last visit post-pandemic, my friend tried to slide his coins across the counter without realizing there was no opening in the plexiglass barrier. In most places, there's usually a designated slot for that, so my friend was a bit confused and ended up lifting his coins to pass them through a higher opening. The staff member seemed annoyed by this. When my friend apologized for the mix-up, the young man responded in an extremely rude manner, saying, "not working so well for you, is it?" His attitude was both dismissive and confrontational. He made no effort to take our order politely or wish us a good day—just a sour expression and a lack of courtesy. As someone who works in retail, I was taken aback by his level of rudeness, which is quite rare for me. While the donut was fresh, the overall experience soured us, and I doubt we'll return. Management should definitely take note of this employee's attitude, as it reflects poorly on their establishment.

I found the tea quite enjoyable, but the donut was a bit too crunchy for my liking. I tried the Old Fashion Plain variety. The staff members were friendly, but the overall atmosphere felt rather dull. There's nothing particularly welcoming about this place. A rearrangement of the dining area could improve the ambiance, as the setup has stayed the same for quite some time.

This Timmy's location is very popular and usually lively. The staff are friendly, and there is ample seating and parking available.

The restaurant could use a thorough cleaning. The floors were dirty, and the tables weren't properly cleaned. It wasn't busy, so there was an opportunity for someone to have wiped down the tables and swept underneath them.

This location truly knows how to make a proper iced cappuccino. Unlike many other places that tend to add too much coffee, resulting in a bitter taste, they get it just right.
