The restroom was in poor condition; the toilet was clogged, and even after it was unclogged, they didn't take the time to clean it up.

The staff here are fantastic, and they serve chocolate crullers, which makes this Tim Hortons stand out. However, their hours can be a bit irregular, so it might be disappointing to stop by for a late-night snack. During the day, they often have a lot of customers.

I don't understand why Tara always seems so unhappy. Whenever I go through the drive-thru, she appears to be in a bad mood, which leads to subpar customer service. I often find myself waiting for a long time, only to receive my order either incorrect or not prepared the way I requested.

Overall, the business practices, management, and ownership leave much to be desired. It seems that those in charge believe the world revolves around them, and they take a disturbing pleasure in verbally mistreating minors.

I visited the restaurant on Saturday morning and went through the drive-thru to order coffee and a sandwich. I received my coffee, and as they wished me a good day, they closed the window. After a moment, they realized my order was incomplete and reopened the window, instructing me to pull over and wait for my sandwich. I ended up sitting in my car for 10 minutes without anyone coming to bring me my order. Eventually, I had to go inside to get my sandwich myself. The staff didn’t offer any apologies; they simply handed me my order with a "Here you go," as if I was asking for something I hadn't paid for or wasn’t entitled to. It makes me wonder, what’s the point of the drive-thru if I still have to go inside to retrieve my order?
