Pizza Pizza - St. Catharines

The worst pizza experience I've ever had! Don't even waste your time going there! I truly don't understand why anyone would visit this place with such terrible customer service. We went there tonight for an XL pizza and a stromboli, and guess what? The inside of the stromboli was completely raw (see the pictures). It was undercooked and a total waste of $8.50. We tried calling to voice our complaints, but no one answered. It seems like they need to train their staff not just in customer service, but also in cooking! IF YOU'RE THINKING ABOUT TRYING PIZZA, DON’T EVEN CONSIDER VISITING THIS PLACE! The management at Pizza Pizza really needs to rethink the future of the Scott Street location!

The dough in both strombolis was undercooked, and they sold me expired dipping sauce.

I visited this Pizza Pizza location to have a meal with my family and had a very disappointing experience. It took a long time for someone to take our order, and the staff member didn't wash his hands after wiping his face before handling our food. I ordered a family meal and requested plates, but they didn't have any available. Additionally, the staff member was quite disrespectful; he didn’t apologize for the inconveniences and even laughed while speaking about me in another language. I do not recommend this Pizza Pizza on Scott Street due to their unprofessional behavior!

I recently tried the pizza from this local Pizza Pizza for the first time, and I have to say, I'm baffled by the negative reviews. My experience was nothing short of fantastic. The pizza was absolutely amazing, with a perfect balance of flavors and a delicious crust.What really stood out, though, was the exceptional service. Jass, the person who assisted me, was incredibly nice and polite. They made the whole ordering process enjoyable and were attentive to every detail.I can't understand why some people had a different experience, but based on my visit, I highly recommend this place. Keep up the excellent work!

The pizza is great, I order all the time. However the drivers are blunt and just funny when they ask for a tip. The desperation is just horrible. I always have a tip ready regardless. On every occasion I'm not sure if it's the same driver or not but the fellow litterly holds my pizza hostage untill he knows there is a tip. Then when I give him he walks away without saying thank you or even bye. I like your pizza but stop hiring these drivers who littlerly just drive and kill the whole experience at the end.
