Edible Options - St. Catharines

Amazing food and treats. When I was required to go on a soy and dairy free diet for nursing my infant I thought my food life would be over. Thankfully a friend suggested this little bake shop and what a great discovery! Everything from the squares to pot pie are delicious and the girls are super sweet as well. I love going there to try new treats!

Rocked my socks! I bought a multi-grain loaf, everything bagels, Cinnamon raison bagels, and a banana muffin. The banana muffin was probably the best I have ever had! I regretted getting to the bakery so late, as there was only 1 left.

Best Gluten Free Hamburger Buns I've ever Had!!!!! If you live close to the Bakery, you need to go there. If your not too far, it's worth the drive!!!!

I love Edible Options. It is tooooo good to be true! The first time I tasted their bread, my taste buds exploded into outer space. I was suspicious...Yes! I was scared. Edible Option bread is so yummy and tastes so much like a non-gluten bread, I had to book a session with my psychologist because I thought I was cheating on my gluten-free diet, I was feeling guilty. EO bread, buns don't need toasting before you eat them...squishy, soft, tender dough...a walk down memory lane to my granny's homemade bread. Everything in the bakery is magical. MAGICAL! Edible Options, thank you for waving your magic wand in my direction.
