Exceptional service by the kings and the queens of the food court at Fairview. Manmeet and Akash helped greatly by navigating through the app and deliciously made burger by the kitchen queen Rajat. The food quality enforced me to interact with each one of them. Great hospitality in its own genre of fast food. My next favourite bite destination is surely this place. Keep it up guys.

I had an amazing experience with this restaurant! Manmeet was extremely patient and kind to me despite my long and complicated order, and she had such a warm, sweet, and calm personality. She was even willing to help me navigate the ordering app. I will definitely make this my new go-to Burger King in St.Catharines simply based on their wonderful customer service!

Consistently one of the slowest fast food places I 've been to. Very understaffed and the staff that are there work incredibly slow. Every time I go to this location it takes atleast 5 minutes just for my order to be taken, usually 3 of me waiting at the register for them to even say hi i will be over in just a moment which is then another 4 minutes
