FUUL by EATZ is my go-to place for a fresh, healthy meal—definitely the best in St. Catharines, and maybe even all of Niagara. The owners are wonderful and incredibly friendly. I can't recommend it highly enough! It's a must-try.

The hours also seem to change every few weeks. They may close at 5, 6, or even 3 o'clock at times. It's frustrating because while the management seems eager to run a restaurant, they don't maintain regular hours. Why would a restaurant close at 5:00? That just doesn't make sense. They toggle between being open for lunch only, dinner, or both, leaving me to jump through hoops to get their food. Additionally, I've even witnessed employees arguing multiple times. I used to love this place, but every visit turns into an unexpected challenge, which is increasingly inconvenient. I understand wanting to experiment during the initial stages to find the best approach, but after seven years, it seems they still haven't figured it out. To top it off, they announced their summer hours starting this Monday. No problem; I invited my family to order food for 4:00, only to find out they would now be closing at 3:00. They've lost me, as well as my family and friends, as customers. While the food is fantastic, I can no longer tolerate the continuous inconvenience and instability.

The house made protein bars are absolutely delicious! Had the BBQ chicken shell it was fantastic! can not wait to go back and try more! Most surely lived until the hype!!!

Absolutely love this place and will recommend to anyone I know! Since breaking my foot, my partner needed a bit of a break from all the cooking plus it gave us healthier options to eating a bunch of takeout. Their food always tastes delicious each and every time, the sauces are *chefs kiss*, the portions are amazing and the staff is SO friendly. My partner is amazed every time he goes in they remember him, they remember me, and our plan etc. It's absolutely worth the cost. We've tried some things off their menu as well given how much we enjoy the pre made meals. The crunch wraps, and today the protein shakes I'm always blown away. You won't be disappointed.
