Hangar One Bistro - St Augustine

Dinner was delicious but bread of some kind would be nice with cocktails. Reservations were under Tom Caswell. Will be checking for new menu offers as will be returning with friends.

Our server was top notch. He regularly checked on us and made sure we were happy with the meal. The wine list has become quite good, featuring, some good French and Italian wines. We had burgers, which were truly outstanding. Request a table by the windows so you can see the aircraft.

The dining experience was superb. The only complaint, which is very minor, was the server who was exceptionally quiet and failed to tell us about the point system. Everyone else were great!

Date night with my wife, and we had a great time. Dinner was impeccably prepared, and the service matched. I would advise you not to skip the crispy brussels sprouts salad. It was big enough to be my meal, but I was still somehow able to keep eating. We also enjoyed looking out at the sleepy airport.
