Subway - St. Augustine

They need to update their hours!!! It says they close at 10pm but CLOSED by 7/8pm!!!!!!! It’s ridiculous.

Horrible service Emily was not helpful at all . Had an attitude when I called to confirm an order that turned out was glitched due to the app) . She offered no suggestion just that “there’s nothing here “. The manager Debbie was worst and not helpful. I ended up asking for a higher ups number and Debbie said she cannot do that as it’s privately own and she does not need to give me the number . But I can look on the app for it . Told her I did not know where to look she said that was not her problem she could help me no further . Truly don’t know why certain people pick these jobs if they don’t know customer service much less how to pick up the phone properly . Wish I could give it 0 stars .
