Subway - St. Augustine

The place was very clean and the meat/vegetables/bread was fresh. The staff was young and not that friendly but it was okay because we was tried and just wanted to eat. We would visit again when in that area. A

Perfect spot away from the tourist places. Everywhere else was packed and we were able to get a sandwich immediately. Staff was friendly and store is clean

Located right across from the Old Jail, we decided to stop by for a sub yesterday after being disappointed by the cafeteria-style food at the jail. Upon entering, we were greeted by Candace, who took our order and prepared our meals. She was incredibly pleasant, warm, and friendly! While my husband and I talked about our plan to enjoy half of our subs for lunch and save the other half for dinner, Candace overheard us and kindly wrapped our subs in two separate bags to accommodate our needs. I thought that was such a thoughtful gesture! Thank you for the outstanding customer service and for going above and beyond.

The service was good, although it could have been a bit faster. There is parking and restrooms for customers to use. The cookies were delicious, and there are several sandwich options to choose from.

The restaurant had a spotless environment. The staff member making the subs was attentive and took great care in their work. There was ample space, and the plexiglass barriers helped maintain social distancing easily. We opted for takeout and used a coupon for a complimentary sandwich, which was a simple process with no problems. The sandwiches were fresh and delicious.
