Imo's Pizza - St Ann

I really love IMO's, but this particular location is incredibly disappointing. They advertise that they're open until 1 AM, but no one ever answers the phone. The recorded message instructs you to place your order online, but they stop taking online orders at 12:05 AM. Every time I've ordered pizza for delivery, it arrives cold, and anyone who's tried provolone cheese knows it turns rubbery when it reaches room temperature. It's a shame because their pizza is good—just not at this location.

Went to pick up my pizza and no one would come to the front counter to help me out I stood there for about 10 minutes and finally said I'm going to go outside and get my phone and call you all then maybe somebody will come up front and that's exactly what happened I had to call them from the front of their store to get them to come up front they all had earphones in Service: Take out
