Good fresh food with balanced quanity, but not for those who love or are regular to spicy food. The chef here overcooked and burnt the beef that he puts in meals.

I have the pleasure of being a delivery driver to West Edmonton Mall 3 Xs a week. One of the only places that I buy food is this location. It is some of the best falafel that I have ever had. Prepared fresh to order and with care from the crew behind the counter. I strongly encourage you to order a meal the next time you are at WEM you will not regret it.

Employee was very rude and behaved very badly. They are contaminated beef and chicken together and even I pointed they are not agree with me and excusing me on top.

Totally terrible experience. The staff seem to be not welcoming at all. Also, the food quality is not up to the standard. I just came due to a good experience at the Calgary outlet in the Crossiron Mill.The garlic potatoes were pretty sour and the staff blamed us that we asked for more sauce, rather than fixing the issue and tell me that this is how potatoes are as if I have never tasted it before slow service And gives you a look when asked for bit of hot sauce on side I would give zero if I had the option definitely not coming back again at this location

I had very bad experience about food and contamination. The staff was not so cooperative and the potatoes were very sourced and the taste was completely different than which we had in calgary. please don’t go there if you think the taste is same as a calgary store.i regret to visit there.
