The Hare And Hounds - St Albans

Good pub, slightly off the beaten stretch in the lower st albans. good selection of ales and eating is of good quality (only once eaten here). the outside area is quite eclectic old, beaten sofas and a rough and finished gras area. room for improvement, but worthy of four stars.

I believe that The Hare doesn't necessarily stand out among other pubs of its kind. While their beer selection may not be the best, the building itself is intriguing. However, there are better options elsewhere. That being said, whenever I find myself in St Albans, I always feel compelled to stop by. There's just something about it that feels welcoming and right.

This is a great pub located slightly off the main stretch in lower St. Albans. They offer a good variety of ales and the food I tried was of good quality. The outdoor area has a unique charm with old sofas and a rough grass area. There is room for improvement but overall I would give it four stars.

Beautiful little pub with a fantastic roast! I and my sister came to a bratessen without having booked a table. we sat immediately and could order quickly. we had hello starters and roast beef mains that were cooked nicely and a really good price-performance ratio. will be back with more of the family to taste what they still have!

Amazing home made Sunday roast made at short notice for my partners birthday. Well priced. Even though a small side dish was missed off the order, they delivered it to us within a few minutes. We will definately spend a few quid in the pub once lock down is over. Thanks again
