I am extremely displeased with the customer service at this restaurant. Additionally, the cakes were not up to standard. The service was very poor overall. I was unsatisfied with all the cakes I purchased. I hope they work on improving their customer service.

The picture was taken from inside the restaurant, which has ample space for dining indoors. The food is decent.

Do not order customized cakes. I ordered a customized cake and it was nothing like what we requested. I was very disappointed. The ready-made cakes are good, but I would never recommend getting a customized cake from this restaurant.

Some fried foods prepared at this branch are not upto the standard caravan quality. I suggest caravan to sell the same quality foods that are served in other branches.
