Las Cruces Latin Fusion - Spruce Pine

I really enjoyed my meal at this restaurant. I ordered three pork tacos and they were delicious and fresh! The staff, particularly the women, were very friendly. I'm glad I decided to stop here.

I can’t get enough of Las Cruces, authentic mexican food, everything is fresh and food tastes really good!!! Kina, the girl at the counter taking orders is really nice and helpful if you ask for recommendations!!Definitely worth it to try it if you are around.

This place, This place right here is where you need to get your taco fixing if you are anywhere near the Burnsville area. The incredible lady that took my order was the sweetest person possible. That will be your introduction to the best taco of your life. Where I am from there is a large Hispanic/Latino community, as well as food trucks being very present in my city. I am a pastor street taco combo once a week kind of guy, and I am happy to say nowhere holds a candle to this place. It is the most flavorful, authentic taco you can possibly imagine. The “cherry on top” would be their sauce. Just absolutely decadent. Please do your self of favor and come here, you will not regret it.

I am originally from Miami and I can say that I have had Cuban sandwiches in many places. However, none of them compare to the one from Las Cruces. The only thing missing was the potato sticks that are typically found in authentic Cuban sandwiches from Miami. Every time I pass by the truck, I make sure to order one as it is always amazing. The woman who owns the truck is incredibly kind, as are her employees.
