Panago Pizza - Spruce Grove

The pizza and garlic cheesy bread are absolutely delicious!

It's clear that the driver made at least one stop along the way, as the pizza arrived only lukewarm. The cheese had already begun to harden, which isn't ideal for a delivery. It's not great for delivery drivers to have to make stops when you're expecting your food to be as fresh as possible. I don't hold the driver responsible for this, as DoorDash shouldn't permit such stops in the first place.

I had a really unpleasant experience because of a very rude staff member at 10 PM. The service was the worst I've ever encountered.

I stopped by and placed an order, and I had the pleasure of being served by the kindest lady—Emily! She was absolutely wonderful and made my experience great!

The call center experience was disappointing. I ordered a medium pizza with cheesy bread, only to discover later that a large combo with cheesy bread was actually cheaper. I tried to call back to change my order, but they took too long to answer. On a positive note, this location has excellent service, is very clean, and consistently meets expectations. I just wish I could leave a bad review specifically for the call center instead of sharing it here.
