McDonald's - Spruce Grove

We visited McDonald's on Fichteinlauf Northwest today and ordered two 10-piece McNugget meals. Despite no one being behind us, we were asked to wait in stall 3 while two others waited in different stalls. When we received our food, we checked the bag and found only 2 fries and 4 dips. Upon returning home to eat, we realized that we were missing one 10-piece McNugget. I drove back to the restaurant and explained the situation, asking for the missing item. They made new 10-piece meals for both of us but only returned one box of cold McNuggets. There were no apologies or offer of a free meal. We had to wait in the stall again for our order to be redone. This experience was disappointing and frustrating. It seems like a simple order was mishandled, causing inconvenience, and the lack of acknowledgment from the staff was unacceptable. We will not be returning to this location. Even Tim Hortons would not forget a whole meal and apologize for their mistake.

By the road ca. 1 clock and ordered a quarter drink. parked and began to eat my horses when I pulled out a fried mice tail. I immediately threw into my car. back through the drive thru and told the blonde night. manager she said that the building is old and they had mice problems. I've flipped and said this is the mausschwanz, where is the rest of the maus. She said she had to check the deep frit, I lost her and went. I'll report them to the health office right away. the blonde nighthead didn't seem too worried. please inform them all to keep from these mcdonalds in st mathews about the road from the a and w on the south side of spruce grove.

I am comparing this McDonald's to other McDonald's locations. Anyone who has spent more than a week in an English-speaking country already knows everything there is to know about McDonald's. Why did this McDonald's only receive 2 stars? It is because they have a relatively new building in a good location, and the staff is friendly, but that's where the positives end. The issue is that the management has not instilled a sense of pride in their work. This particular McDonald's consistently falls short. When I ordered a sundae, the chocolate was only on one side of the cup. The burgers were sloppy and poorly prepared. The fries were old and almost empty. The simple cheeseburger I ordered looked like it had been sat on. Giving them three stars would suggest this is an average McDonald's, but they have a lot of room for improvement before reaching that level. It is also disappointing because everything could be improved if the staff cared for their customers and took pride in their work.

I don't know why I am surprised. This McDonald's has been historically the worst. I ordered a double hamburger with extra pickles. I took it to my car and found that the bun was messed up. I returned it and the floor manager screamed at me like a fishmonger. The dry station floor was dirty. When I got my burger back, it was cold. I will not be coming back.

I have been here a few times because of scheduling. The first thing I have noticed is the dinning room is clean, bright and inviting. We always order the same sausage wrap. It always comes out different. Sometimes the wrap is short and fat. Other...times all the filling is at one end and the rest is empty. Service is hit or miss. We can order our food one after the other and the second order doesn’t come out right away. Other orders are served before. I am half done eating before his food comes. The food has been hot and tasty. It’s consistent for the quality of food.
