Mcdonald's - Spruce Grove

The restaurant is tidy and well-kept. The food was presented hot and fresh.

This restaurant claims to be open 24 hours, but it often shuts down after 9 PM. When it is open, the food is frequently not fresh. The buns are hard and dry, and the meat is served cold. Generally, McDonald's isn't the best choice even on a good day, but at this location, the food is simply unacceptable for late-night dining. I only stop by here because I work late and it's one of the few places that's sometimes open.

The restaurant was very unclean, with dirty tables, floors, and chairs. The play area was especially off-putting; I even saw what looked like vomit on one of the play tube windows that seemed to have been there for weeks. I ordered a strawberry milkshake but ended up getting a vanilla one instead. To make matters worse, they were out of items again—during my last visit, the Chipotle burger was unavailable as well.

The service was excessively slow, with a wait of 17 minutes just to receive three drinks. While the staff were friendly and attentive, it appeared that an extra team member could help them handle the workload more effectively.

My drink was quite enjoyable, but unfortunately, the rest of the experience left much to be desired. The staff seemed indifferent, almost as if my presence was of little importance, or perhaps they were still in training.
