Papa Johns Pizza - Springville

In a very short period of time, the three-meat bowl has seen a decline in both quality and quantity, which is quite disappointing because it originally started out fantastic.

I always order the family-sized 5 Meat Treat, and I’ve never had any issues. The staff is friendly, and my pizza is always made quickly. This has become my go-to spot, especially after my experience at Little Caesars, where I waited 45 minutes only to find out that everyone was waiting on breadsticks that were still raw dough. They really should have communicated that. Because of that, I won’t be returning there anytime soon. Keep up the great work, Springville Papa Murphy's!

Honestly, the best Papa John's I have had in Utah so far.

Generally this location has been good. There's only been one time of many visits where something wasn't cooked through (super doughy garlic knots). Generally the pizza is good, on time, and no complaints. The free papadia that gets thrown in occasionallyis also nice in addition to the rewards.

I've ordered takeout from this restaurant several times over the past year. Fortunately, my pizzas have usually been prepared correctly, but I can relate to other reviewers regarding the staff's unfriendly demeanor. There's one young man in particular who stands out for his grumpiness; I really felt like I was bothering him. When I requested my receipt, he told me he couldn't provide one. Papa John's used to be my favorite pizza place because their crust is so delicious, but sadly, I think I'll be skipping this location in the future. I understand that the food service industry is facing challenges, but using the excuse of being short-staffed is becoming quite tiresome. It's time to learn how to adapt.
