Jack's - Springville

My burger was ready in about three minutes, but it took the poor guy an additional 20 minutes to start plating my wife’s chicken dinner. Finally, a staff member emerged from the back to assist, but instead of helping, he focused on the woman working the drive-thru, inadvertently making things even slower for everyone else. There were only four of us in line, and it really should have taken no more than five minutes to serve us. This wasn’t a case of being understaffed due to the pandemic, which one could understand. The food itself was decent but not remarkable. The burger and chicken were good, but the mashed potatoes and mac and cheese lacked flavor.

I ordered the 12-piece nugget meal, and it was enjoyable. However, there weren’t very many fries included, and it only came with one sauce cup that was less than half full. The sweet tea was quite good, and the service was friendly.

The drive-thru is often crowded and takes a bit longer to get your order, but it's definitely worth the wait since the food is much better than typical fast food places.

Stopped to use the restroom on our trip. I am so glad that we didn't eat there. The bathroom was absolutely horrible. No trash bag in the can. It was just laying on the sink. Soap dispenser had a puddle of soap on the floor the size of a salad plate. Soapwas everywhere! The stall( 1 in particular) had trash laying all over the floor. Very disgusting. If the customer area is thisbad I do not want to even think about how bad the employee area may be!!!

Drive through Alabama and repeatedly saw the signs for Jack 's. Never heard of it, so we stopped trying it on 11/12 at 7:30. Everyone there seemed to work clinically depressed. The guy in the register was the most sad. He rings you and is also the one who assembles your plate. He's moving at a pace. Slow down, slow down. I'm talking about a comedy TV show, ridiculously slow. The sad cook had my burger under the lamp in about 3 minutes. It took 20 minutes to mount my wife's chicken dinner on a plate. When a sad person finally came from behind to finally help! But he only helps the sad woman who thru drive and got to the right in Eeyore's way and SLOWED HIME EVEN more! There were only 4 of us in the line, and it should have taken 5 minutes tops. That was not a pandemic We are a short problem that could be understood. Burgers and chicken were good, not great. Potatoes and Mac and cheese were tasteless.
