Springvale Publick House

I love everything about this place from top to bottom. The atmosphere is that of a fun and friendly local pub. You can't ask for a better staff... from the owners, to the waiter, to the kitchen... they're all class files. The bartenders whistle the best cosmos, and my loved ones enjoy their huge and constantly changing beer list. My favorite thing is the roasted vegetable salad with steak tips, and I was never disappointed with everything I had eaten.

The food exceeded our expectations. We ordered the autumn salad paired with a beautifully seasoned and perfectly cooked piece of salmon, as well as the Portobello Mushroom panini served with house-made chips. The highlight of the evening was the Buffalo Cauliflower bites; they featured perfectly thin breading, a delightful crunch, and a buffalo sauce that had just the right kick. Overall, it was a wonderful meal in a clean and inviting space, perfect for relaxing with friends.

The food is fantastic! We ordered both chicken dishes along with mac and cheese and a side of fries, and I would highly recommend this to anyone who enjoys good food. The beer selection is always rotating, making the beer paddle a great option to sample a few different varieties with your meal. The service is excellent, and the staff is knowledgeable about the specials and beer options. It's a great spot for a meal and a drink.

Let me begin by saying that this restaurant must have a direct correlation to my weight gain, as I push a middle old man with woman and children. Probably not haha, but it's so good that I always eat there. We have been eating here regularly since they opened 1-2 times a month. Food and service were consistently great. The last months, although Adam has added some absolutely amazing decisions. For a pub in the southern Maine, he has the absolutely best fish tacos I've ever had (I'm a fish taco addictive and have tried them everywhere in the country and cooked my own. Dos Tacos come in 3 or 4 different styles. The Cajun Haddock with avocado sauce are for dying. I usually get a little extra avocado sauce on the side because it is so amazing. The fish is always very fresh and delicate. I hope they become a full-time menu. The other standout supplement I would mention is its soft pulp and honey mustard. Sounds like a simple article....You are my favorite outside the Harpoon Brewing Company in Boston,Ma. So gooooood~! It is also worth noting that the design of beer selection is the best in the area. Adam turns into new brews monthly offers all kinds of options for the microbrow Carnosaur (I from all over the country including several Maine and New England options. Thank you for many fantastic excursions with family and friends. My wife and I don't have to drive much for great food and drinks at very affordable prices. We look forward to our next visit (we just left 30 minutes ago). -Brett.

We went down to Springvale to see my father , who is 93 years old! We wanted to take him to lunch and didn't know where we could go that wasn't too far away from his home! So the Publick house was recommended. A quaint Irish Pub , rustic with a Bar. We started out with soft pretzels that were warm and delicious then lunch macaroni and cheese , the best ! Chicken tenders , very good . Great lunch , Dad loved it oh I almost forgot an amazing price of chocolate cream pie , never had a crust like that We would highly recommend if you are in the area stop in for some great food and you will not regret it
