Sonic Drive-in - Springhill

In recent months, both the service and food quality have declined significantly. It takes an eternity to place an order, and even longer to receive it. My family and I would prefer to eat at McDonald's instead, and I’m not even a fan of McDonald's, which says a lot. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all as 1 out of 5.

I've been sitting in my stall long enough for the flashing red light to stop blinking, and I still haven't received any service. At this point, it feels like a challenge to see how long it will take and how many times I can press the button before they do their jobs. It's been 10 minutes so far. Stall #9, 2:45 PM on 9/18/23, Check #106892. Hey Sonic, this stall was occupied for 40 minutes for an $18 order. I hope that's profitable for you.

The food is OK if your on the run only. The ice cream is great. The service is horrible. They allow you to sit in drive through for over 10 minutes till you give up and go to the window to be told that drive thru is out of order. Most of the employees there have bad and unprofessional attitudes and have a way of showing that they can care less about anything and that they are selfishly there to just get a paycheck. Food: 3
