Wingstop - Springfield

Really sad display today. My husband had to go to this store 3 times cuz they forgot the 52oz simply lemonade i bought and then gave him a fountain drink saying thats what i ordered. So i want the third time just for them to tell me that it was on the ticket and that they couldnt find the ticket like which is it. I finally got my lemonade on the third try and when i went home there was no Cajun seasoning on my wings or corn and the ranch was chunky. Sad really and there werent that busy or understaff. 6 people in the kitchen standing around doing nothing. If you dont wanna work go home.

Very popular location very busy they have good eating the only thing I will say is that the service could use a little work of the workers I had for the help, sat on the counter and he was also quite lazy not to fill the soda pop when a order has drinks and they are a delivery reamer for door bag that they allegedly make and seal all foods and foods only

I ordered a chicken sandwich combo. the sandwich was perfect. not too much sauce and the chicken was fresh. (very good and not like other places) but I wish the brot was a bit crispy, but I'm sure it's out of her control. 9/10 the pommes were a bit so tender, but again I know it's not from their control. but they were still very good. the spice was perfect and evenly distributed on all frits. 8/10 With the doordash order the packaging was good. they gave me a pack of ketchup and a fork, but unfortunately no serviettes. 4/5Everything in all: article 2

The wings are always good. We ordered carry-out and we discovered at home that they forgot out 5 piece corn. I called and they said they'd make it right if we returned to the store. My husband went back and they upgraded it to a 10 piece for the trouble. Great staff!!

My favorite wing place. I love the mango habanero flavor. The veggies are great too.
