The Gateway Grill - Springfield

My husband and I went to this restaurant for the first time because I was in the mood for a cocktail with lunch. We didn't know where to eat and stumbled upon this place. We ordered the Steak Bites with house salad and balsamic dressing, bone-in hot wings, and sliders on happy hour. We also tried the pint-sized Mimosas on happy hour. We enjoyed everything we ordered, especially the perfectly cooked steak.

This contemporary pub has a fantastic menu with a variety of tasty options. I tried the 'Taco Tuesday' special and Poutine fries, both of which were very enjoyable. I definitely plan on returning.

Wow, the sandwich I had at Gateway Grill was an amazing experience. It's called the 'OMG!' and I ordered it through Grubhub. It arrived quickly and tasted just as good as if I were dining in at the restaurant. The Gateway Grill is a cool place, but I came specifically to try this epic sandwich. Great job, guys! I left a review for you on Grubhub as well. I'll definitely be back soon for a drink. See you next time!

I love the chicken tenders here they are even more wonderful when drunk <3 truely all around a great place. And the food is amazeing. Next time i am here. I will try to get pictures : the staff is very nice. The parking lot is big so we had no problem with parking. Also I showed up on christmas eve for a bit and they was still open too thank you so much for that you all are amazeing. Keep up the great work.

Incredibly nice staff and comfortable place to hang out. They let me sit and study more often than not and when it was due time for a rush, were polite in communicating the need for the space I was using (as I spread out pretty heftily). When there were creepy men around they would watch over me and help keep me safe and helped me feel safe each time I was there. They were always on top of checking each table if they needed anything and were always aware of the needs of their customers. Their food is jncredible and their drink selection is vast. I love the outside area with the tables holding glass rocks on top of the fire pits and the music selection is ON POINT. I'm so grateful to have found such a wonderful spot to spend my time alone and so grateful to not have felt alone while there. I didn't need alcohol to feel welcome which is such a rarity in any given place. I love these guys and will always recommend Gateway Grill. (The points system they have is absolutely worth it, too, even if you don't visit often)
