Subway - Springfield

I ordered online and encountered a few minor issues with the dressing, but the employee kindly apologized and even offered a cookie as a gesture. I truly appreciate someone who takes responsibility and is willing to make things right. The food was excellent—5 out of 5!

According to the menu, my actual order should have totaled $15.65 with a large drink priced at $2.59 and an 8.1% tax. However, when the manager rang me up, he scoffed and said they don't offer salads, rolling his eyes at my confusion despite it being clearly listed on the menu. His coworker seemed confused as well. In the end, I was charged $18.90 for a small salad and a large drink, which is outrageous given that the prices for protein dishes are listed as foot-long prices. The board indicated the foot-long price was $13.79, yet I only received one slice of meat. The manager refused to correct the situation. Overall, I found this subway location to be quite sketchy, and I definitely won't be returning.

Store was clean and I just wanted two drinks. but when I saw how the sandwiches were made for the dame in front of me, I was on order. zach took my order and was so pleasant to speak with him, she can smile with silly while making the food. this is super subway because they can tell their employees that they are proud of what they do and do because they see the food display and the whole look throughout the business. on his cookie recommendations I bought 3 chic chip cookies as well as 3 heavenly cheesecake cookies and both were delicious. Thank you. to make my day and to maintain the great work. I will be back in any case! Subway station these great people because they are the ones who are satisfied with their jobs, otherwise they would have problems.

I got a steak and I got a drink on it and came home and took a bite, didn't taste like a ranch. I bought it back and they couldn't do anything about it because that's the new ranch they got, but they can't advertise that they use a new ranch. will not come back. if I could give a star, I would. very disappointed from this location
