Steak N Shake - Springfield

This steak n shake owes me probably $100.00 or a gallon of cheese and chili eating is in the really good, but they constantly leave things out of the bag! and to make the thing even worse when they try to call no one answer, we love steak n shake, but we rarely eat here because of this problem! fix her phones! give me my cheese sauce and chili!

The waitress tried. it was about 15 o'clock on Sunday. Several employees stood around. the restaurant was 20% full. it took a while until the command was taken. we have ordered a chili to share as an appetizer, but it came with the burgers. they were cold and fat. there were no to-go drinks offered, and there were no boxes. food: 2/5

I came here late in the night with a group of friends, and the staff was especially received by us, although they were somewhat upset in such a late order. the shakes were delicious, and all got what they ordered. I want to return to try other things on the menu and see the personal again.

After waiting for a long time to order, I was glad that our food was brought to us very quickly. fortunately, I would have waited longer if they were to cook the burgers all the way. we didn't finish our food. we couldn't because it was raw and we tried to say our waitress, but she helped others. we went to pay and the cashier asked us how our food was and I didn't tell her big because it was raw in the middle. she wanted to get her manager. she came by, looked at me and asked me if I ate it. I might have told her a quarter of it and I stopped eating when I saw it was hard cooked. she was very chic about what I said and then reacted that she would only take $4 of our bill because we ate something of it. I just paid and left. this situation is already a dae bergab and I think they have hit the rock bottom. I'm not back ever.

Our food was the worst food we've had in years. Very disappointed. This used to be my favorite location, but never again. The burgers were smashed. Mine was like dipped in raw garlic. It was totally inedible. My son's burger was so mashed, he could hardly open it, and the burger so thin you couldn't tell for sure if there was even burger in there. The girl at the drive thru kept reading back our order wrong, so we had to keep repeating ourselves. She didn't give us straws or napkins or my son's soda, so we had to go inside and get those. My milkshake had a weird chemical taste to it. We tossed it all in the trash.
