Starbucks - Springfield

I frequently visit this location, usually using the drive-thru, and I've always found the service to be quick. The coffees have consistently been good, and I'm always trying new options. Last night, on Black Friday, I decided to go inside since I had my daughter with me, and we needed some time to look over the menu. I ordered an ice-cold chestnut drink with an extra shot of espresso, and it was delicious—definitely my new favorite! My mom ordered the same drink and loved it as well. My daughters tried one of the cold dragon fruit drinks, and they really enjoyed theirs too. To top it off, there was no wait at all, even with about ten cars in the drive-thru. We received our drinks quickly. I highly recommend this Starbucks location!

Great friendly staff and is somewhat clean, during rush the drive thu can be somewhat long but it's much faster inside.

I really enjoy this place and often go out of my way to get my coffee here. However, my drink was made incorrectly, so I called to address the issue. Unfortunately, the response I received was quite rude. When I went in to get the correct drink, the person at the counter was also unfriendly, but the barista herself was very kind. I’ve noticed that the staff working in the morning and during the day are much friendlier. After 4 o'clock, I think I will look for another coffee shop.

By far the slowest Starbucks in Springfield!! I put a mobile order in and arrive 5 minutes later and still had to wait 12 minutes to get my coffee , never have I ever had to wait this long at any Starbucks

Very fast and through nicest people. Definatly the best experience I have had at a coffee shop!
