Saray Inc - Springfield

I have dined there more than 15 times since it opened, and every meal has been outstanding. The menu is straightforward, featuring mainly grilled meats and Eastern Mediterranean appetizers. The ingredients are top-notch, the preparation is excellent (some of the best grilled meats in the area), and the service is fantastic. The owner is also incredibly friendly.

The food was incredible! The salmon was absolutely delicious, and the mixed grilled chicken was fantastic. I will definitely be returning!

This is the most authentic and amazing Turkish dining experience I've had. It's the best in western Massachusetts. I'm giving it a 5-star rating. I loved it!

It's a truly a hidden gem in Springfield. The restaurant was so nice inside, I wasn't expecting table linens! The food was outstanding as was the waitstaff. Can't wait to return!
