Ruby Tuesday - Springfield

I often came here, and I guess last night was just not a good night. our waitress never came back to the table when we needed something we had to stop so we could get what we needed. our food took an hour to get out and beyond it came cold. we only have 2 samplers, 2 wings and a child's chicken. the chicken was cold. when we asked how much longer it would be, there are already some made, they would like to bring it out, as who knows how long it was set up there, ready for it to come to the table. we never got to be filled and our waitress when we asked her something she would say it's crazy now when it was literally maybe 15 people. at the end of the meal we paid and it took them 10 minutes to bring back the change! as I said, I never had a bad time here, but last night was just not good, and my husband and I woke up with food poisoning. I'm just very disappointed by the experience last night and there were a few different people who were in the same boat as we were. saying that was just not good and it was cold.

Our server was very friendly and attentive! my man ordered a pasta dish and I ordered a burger. his teller sat in the window and waited for my burger to be finished. so dry out abit during sitting! the zucchini that I ordered was very good! enjoy our meal and service for the largest part.

If you want to stay in a nearby hotel and not go far, this can work for you. the building looks good from outside, but the inner is tired and could use some updates. it's clean. the personal was friendly enough, but could have been more attentive. my coffee was never filled again, and it wasn't even busy. I didn't even see our waiting person so I could ask for a fill. the prices seemed high for what they got. ask for their daily special. the waiting person did not offer the information, but gave it after the question and it was more affordable. that was good, so that's a plus. I'll give it three stars. I don't know why I'd go back.

We had the two for $22 the mozzarella sticks were only average. the salatable was very good. the Bourbon chicken was just average. our server was the bartender he had very busy, but he could still take care of our table. food: 3/5

This place was very deceiving. They kept a smile on their faces the entire time they demonstrated poor customer service and food quality. One of the worst going out to eat experiences I’ve been through in a very long time. The server named Erin or Aaron bad mouthed the food before even bringing out our entrees. It took over 30 minutes for us to receive our meals and when they finally came, they were warm and not very appetizing. I ordered a drink and said easy on the ice (yes, I did drink it). But why serve me a drink that’s 95% filled with ice after I specifically requested you not to. She came back to tell me that I wasn’t being credited or discounted on the drinks with a huge smile on her face, not an ounce of empathy. I’m telling everyone that’ll listen not to come back. My server sure didn’t, she left before picking up our tab. The rest of the staff seemed really annoyed by it too. Just an awful experience all the way around.
