Red Lobster - Springfield

Great restaurant with outstanding food! We will definitely be returning. Mary, our waitress, was incredible—very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended!

The website indicated that there was no wait, but when I arrived after just a short walk from my car to the entrance, we ended up waiting 20 minutes for a table. It wasn't a huge issue, but I really wish the online queue information was more accurate, especially in our digital age.

I absolutely loved the food and the service was excellent. The Shrimp Alfredo was outstanding!

Just don't go here. Raven, our waitress, was nice enough but my aunt ordered a house salad and was given Ceasar.... said she'd bring more biscuits but none ever came, and we got endless shrimp but no refills were put in until the very end and the whole ordeal took like two hrs!!! Come on, Red Lobster. I worked for you guys before I got a real career and this is NOT how we did it. No refills on any drinks either...and the restaurant looked kind of empty so I don't get the service.

Whoever cooked this day did their thing! Mom and daughter date. We where very happy. Dont order alcoholic drinks, they have too much ice and thats the only reason why I didnt give 5 stars.
