Pizza Hut - Springfield

I had a wonderful experience with my order from this Pizza Hut location! It arrived nearly 30 minutes earlier than the estimated delivery time. Everything was accurate, and the food was hot and ready to eat. The flavors were fantastic, especially with just the right amount of sauce on my pizza. I'm very pleased with my overall experience!

This location is fantastic thanks to its team members. Unfortunately, Pizza Hut overall has really declined. It’s a hassle trying to get the website rewards to work, and now they’re even charging for Parmesan cheese. I feel for the staff, who must feel awkward having to charge customers for something that used to be complimentary. Not a great look, Pizza Hut—Papa John's still offers complimentary Parmesan cheese.

Without a doubt, this is the best pizza I've ever had. It looked stunning and tasted even better. I ordered the double pepperoni and mushroom stuffed crust with baked parmesan on the edge, and it was fantastic. Thank you for the outstanding service!

Hot, fast, and delicious! One of the best Pizza Huts around. It still amazes me that this is one of the best pizza places around even though it is essentially fast food. Great work!

This position is great because of the team members. However, Pizza Hut as a whole has really declined. There's a lot of confusion with the website rewards, and now customers have to pay for parmesan cheese. I feel so sorry for the team members who have to ask customers to pay for something that used to be free; it’s not a good image for Pizza Hut. On the other hand, Papa John’s still offers free parmesan cheese.
