Contribuiți la feedbackVery disappointed in this panera Bread location. Usually they love everything they do so that I was excited to try the new signature take sandwich. I'll be right back to lunch to get it fresh. When I ordered it, the cashier went a few meters away to ask if they had the sandwich and I hear someone says no to her, they are still frozen. she has returned and said they are from the sandwich. from the signature and the spicy. they didn't know I was overheard that they didn't stop, but frozen bc they are not ready to lunch. So they have 2 brand new article management, but they run their restaurant so badly that they don't get their menu ready for lunch? I ordered a small article and went. They lost a big order I bought for the office. I didn't tip. unexceptional management. their workers are loosening on taps and the public will be angry at them if they don't get their menu ready!
I don't even know where to begin with this review. Our experience at this restaurant was just not good. When we arrived, it was freezing inside, maybe around 65 degrees. We spent $20 on two bowls of soup, which ended up being 90% chicken broth and only 10% actual food. It was a major disappointment. To make matters worse, our food arrived cold, and when I brought it up to the cashier, they told me to heat it up myself. The place was filthy, it was clear that it hadn't been cleaned properly. There were crumbs and sticky, dirty tables everywhere. I hate to complain about fast food, but this was honestly the worst service I've ever received. If I could, I would give this place zero stars.
I love the healthy options that panera offers. eating is really good and most of the time is ready when they say it will be. about all a really good place to get some quality food. the accuracy is not its strong point. I travels quite a bit and panera is one of mine to eat, but I have found that always exactly what they order is often a problem. good help is now hard to find in food service, so I won't blow it hard. I warn everyone to check their order before leaving the restaurant because there is about 50/50 chance that it will be wrong. not terribly wrong as the totally wrong product, but they say they order an breakfast sandwich and choose her egg to in the opposite too easy, they can be thrown, their can get over easy or they can get both. and sometimes just no ice. I could give many games, but given the current employment environment, I don't see that the things for the better will change at any time. they are always very nice and fast to correct the mistake and eating is just so good. they were not on this wise pre-pandemic, so I owe it square to the difficultness to find good help today days. as far as everything else goes, I would give them 4 and 5 stars.
The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly and cheerful. The food was hot and delicious, perfect for breakfast. I would rate the food 5 out of 5.
I am a doordash delivery driver and I frequent this location all the time and they're very good about getting their orders out and everything being in 100% accuracy always have good attitudes behind the counter definitely recommend this location
